New Nigerian Animation Film To Be Released In December 2014

A new animation film, titled ‘Simi Visits Grandma’, produced by a Lagos-based animation company Ostudiolabs, is set to be released in December 2014.

The full-length animation film would be based on the story of a young girl named Simi who was born in Lagos to a yuppie parent.

According to the synopsis,

The little girl goes to visit her grandmother outside the city for the first time and both grandmother and child are ecstatic about the visit. The story then climaxes with the grandmother narrating an African folk tale to Simi.

Ostudiolabs creates 3D Character Animation and Cartoon, television series and movies. Its team has expertise in all fields of animation process and can see the entire project from script to production.
